amazing apartment, prime location!
big apartment friendly staff
The apartment was HUGE!!! we booked the two-bedroom option, but it could easily fit five people. the kitchen was fantastic. There were enough utensils, plates, cups, glasses, and bowls for a big family. the response time was also really good. Any inquiry was answered immediately, and the staff were so friendly! i loved that they let us store luggage before and after our stay. It was so convenient.
The apartment is just off one of the main streets, so the courtyard was noisy early in the morning with bin collections. i asked for a quiet room, but that did not help. dustbin men came at all hours, and laundry was picked up at 2 and 3 am. I was wearing ear plugs but still heard the noise.

the hotel sits perfectly in the city core, just opposite the trinitatis church and round tower. it is an easy walk to the rosenborg castle and king's gardens. the popular nyhavn canal, offering so much close by.

whatsapp communication with staff was superb! they were very quick and helpful for our needs. i did appreciate that the staff was very responsive too. checkin and checkout was easy! everything was online.

the well equipped kitchen included all the cookware and place settings we needed. there were also enough utensils, plates, cups and bowls for everyone. detergents were provided in the basement floor washer and dryer room!

our apartment had an elevator that took us straight to the front door! this was essential because we had 2 big luggages. there is a luggage storage. the apartments are accessed from a quiet central courtyard.

Central and Spacious Apartment
central location responsive staff well-appointed kitchen prompt response
The location was unbeatable. It was close to the urban train stations and local grocery. The staff responded promptly to all our questions. I found the well-appointed kitchen very useful. It was so helpful that they were responsive at all times.
Early morning noise came from the courtyard due to bin collections, which did disturb the quiet. I had requested a quiet room, but the noise was still noticeable even on the third floor. This was a minor inconvenience.

The hotel is near metro and urban train stations, facilitating easy travel. A local grocery store is conveniently close for any needed supplies. This location allowed quick access to many parts of the city.
